A1, the Superior Studio. It is a compact, refined studio with a king bed, 18 sqm private terrace with sea view, and its own outdoor kitchen. Designed for two adults (plus one child on the sofa bed if needed). It is the entry point for couples who prioritise outdoor living and simplicity.
It depends on the size of your group. A2 fits a family of four (two real beds, no sofa bed compromise). A3 or B1/B2 suit families of up to six, with two separate bedrooms and more indoor space. For larger families or multi-generational groups, the B1+B2 combined residence accommodates up to eight adults and four children across four bedrooms and two full kitchens.
Yes. Every suite includes a fully equipped kitchen — either indoors (B-series) or as a private outdoor kitchen (A-series). All kitchens include a hob, full-size fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, cookware, plates, glasses, and cutlery. There are no ovens in any unit.
Yes. Every suite at Aurea Mare has an unobstructed sea view from its private terrace, looking out over Golden Beach and the Aegean. Glass balustrades on all terraces maintain a clean, unbroken horizon line.
Terrace sizes range from 12 sqm (A2) to 25 sqm (B1 and B2). When B1+B2 are combined, the connected terrace is 50 sqm. All terraces include outdoor dining furniture and loungers.
Yes. There are six parking spaces directly adjacent to the property, four managed by Aurea Mare and two public spaces across the road. All spaces are uncovered and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A car is recommended on Thassos, and having parking at your door makes day-to-day exploring easy.
No, pets are not permitted at Aurea Mare. This is a deliberate choice, it ensures every suite stays pristine for the next guest and keeps the terraces, shared approaches, and outdoor spaces comfortable for families with young children. We understand this is a dealbreaker for some travellers, and we appreciate you checking before booking.
No, and that's intentional. Every suite has its own fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and everything you need), so breakfast happens on your terms: on your terrace, at your pace, with whatever you like. Most guests find that a morning coffee facing the Aegean, without a buffet schedule to keep, is the better version of breakfast.
Yes. A baby cot and a bed safety rail are both available on request at no extra charge, just let us know when you book or before you arrive, and we'll have everything set up in your suite. A high chair is also available.
